Overview

Sermorelin is GRF(1-29) — the active fragment of human GHRH, no substitutions, no stabilising tricks. It had FDA approval for paediatric GH deficiency until 2008, when it was withdrawn for commercial reasons, not safety or efficacy. That history matters: this is one of the few peptides in the secretagogue family that actually cleared a regulatory bar. The pharmacology is the gentlest in the GHRH category.
